 About PCBkey DC converters PCBkey started its 12-36V DC-DC converter design and manufacturing form year 2001 after the launch of HPiPAQ pocket PC. We designed and manufactured DC-DC converters for HPiPAQ docking station. That was the beginning of our Power products and gradually we designed DC-DC converters for Panasonic Toughbook Laptops. Presently we produce laptop DC-DC power adapter for almost all laptops manufactured by Acer, Apple, DELL, Fujitsu, Gateway, Getac-Mitac, HP, Itronix, IBM-lenovo, Kontron, Micron, Motion-Computing, NEC, Panasonic, Sony, Toshiba, TDS, Talla-tech, Twinhead. All of our ruggedized adapters are housed in aluminium extruded cases with the internal circuitry protected from shock and moisture by epoxy encapsulation. The most efficient conversion circuits are used with extensive protection circuits that provide reliable and continuous operation in the most demanding military, commercial and law enforcement environments. Our goal is to design power adapter with higher efficiency circuits and packaging that can be quickly and easily adapted to a wide variety of customer needs. Our operation is from INDIA. Once started using PCBkey adapters we are confident we will get repeat orders.

Voltage spikes or surges occurring on the input voltage line is filtered by the adapter eliminating the possibility of damage to the laptop due to supply voltage variations. The adapters are housed in rugged aluminium extrusions for durability and the internal components are epoxy sealed for shock, vibration and dust resistance designed for harsh environment.
